Tulum wedding videographer

Jungle down to the sand and the Caribbean beyond.

Wedding films for couples marrying in Tulum and along the Riviera Maya, from beach hotels and jungle hideaways to the hotel zone of Cancún. One wedding per date.

A wedding in Tulum

In Tulum the jungle grows right down to the beach. A wedding here tends to be barefoot and candlelit: the ceremony on the sand or under the trees, a long table later beneath strings of lights, and a party that lasts as long as the music does. The film should carry the sound of the sea, and the greens and whites of this coast as they really look.

Based in Spain, I film destination weddings anywhere in the world, the Riviera Maya included. I work as a documentary filmmaker with a cinematic eye: nothing staged and nothing scripted. Discreet microphones pick up your vows and every toast. Tropical light is hard in the middle of the day and soft for a short spell near sunset, so before the wedding I study the venue with you and your planner and we set the ceremony time with that light in mind. I take a single wedding on each date. Your planner or celebrant will confirm the legal side; many couples marry legally at home and hold a symbolic ceremony on the Riviera Maya.

“You left us completely speechless. The video is wonderful, full of emotion, artistry, and truth. Every time we watch it, we shed a tear…”

Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond

Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond are the base. I shape the coverage around your days in Tulum, from the welcome dinner to the last dance, and tailor the proposal to them.

Booking from abroad

Three steps to your Tulum date

  1. Book a call at your hour

Pick a time for a video call that works where you live. Bring your date, the part of the coast you like and a rough idea of the guest list.

  2. We plan the day with your planner

Once you have a venue, your planner and I go through the plan with you: when the ceremony starts, where the dinner sits, and how much light is left when the sun drops behind the jungle.

  3. The date is closed

Your date is held once the booking payment is made. Installments cover the rest, and the final 10% waits until you have your film.

Questions

Tulum wedding films: what couples ask me

Do you film weddings in Tulum?

Yes. Based in Spain, I am available for destination weddings anywhere in the world, Tulum and the Riviera Maya included.

What does a wedding videographer in Tulum cost?

You get a tailored proposal in euros within 24 hours of our call or your inquiry. It follows the collection you choose and the shape of your weekend, which is why I ask about it first.

Can we marry in a cenote or at the ruins?

That depends on the local rules for each site, and they can change. Ask your planner what is possible for your date. A ceremony on the beach or in the jungle is the simpler route, and the film loses nothing by it.

Will you coordinate with our planner and photographer?

Yes. I contact both before the wedding to agree the timings, where we each stand during the ceremony and how we share the last light for portraits.

Can you fly a drone over the beach?

Only where local rules and the weather allow. Beaches, hotels and archaeological sites can each have their own rules, so I check for your venue beforehand, and the film never depends on it.

What about the heat and the rain?

This coast is warm and humid for much of the year, and the wetter months, roughly summer into fall, often bring heavy showers. I carry backup equipment, copy every memory card and plan shade and timings with your planner, so nobody stands in the midday sun for long.

How early should we book, and how soon is the film ready?

Book six to twelve months ahead. The film reaches you two to four months after the wedding, in a private online cinema, along with a 2–3 minute trailer.
