With fewer people there is more room for the two of you. A long look before the vows, a hand that will not let go, a toast you can actually hear. That is what a small wedding gives a film.
I film quietly and stay out of the way, with no script and no posing. Your vows go on discreet microphones, so even a whisper reaches the edit. The light does the rest: late afternoon in a cove, or the last sun on a terrace above the sea. If it is just the two of you, I work as the only other person there. If your parents and closest friends are with you, they become part of the story.

Eloping in Spain: what couples ask me
Do you film elopements with just the two of us?
Yes. With no guests the film rests on your words and your faces, so I record the vows on discreet microphones and keep my distance. You will barely notice I am there.
Is there an elopement package?
There is no fixed elopement package. We shape the coverage to your day, using the four collections as a starting point, and you get a tailored price within 24 hours. Collections start from €2,500.
Can we legally marry in Spain?
For a civil wedding in Spain at least one of you has to be a resident, so most foreign couples sign the papers at home and hold a symbolic ceremony here. My guides to symbolic ceremonies and to getting married in Spain as a foreigner explain the route in more detail.
Does a small wedding still get a full film?
Yes. You get a trailer to share and a longer film to keep. With fewer people the edit leans on the quiet moments, which often makes it the more personal film.
Can you fly the drone at a cove or a cliff?
When the weather and the local regulations allow it. I check the rules for your spot before the day and tell you what is possible.
How early should we book?
6 to 12 months ahead is ideal, and earlier for a Saturday between May and October. Whatever the size of the wedding, I film only one per date.
