Planning from abroad
Your wedding film in Spain, planned from home
You are booking someone you have never met, in another country. Here is exactly how it works, and what protects you at every step.
Peace of mind
What you can count on
- 01
A reply within 24 hours
Every enquiry is answered by me, personally, within a day. Wherever you live.
- 02
Calls at your hour
We talk by video call at a time that suits your time zone, morning or evening.
- 03
Everything in English
Calls, emails, the proposal and the day itself. I also speak Spanish with your venue and suppliers.
- 04
One wedding per date
Once your date is closed, I accept no other wedding that day.
- 05
Backup equipment
Spare cameras and sound kit come to every wedding, so one failure never costs you a moment.
- 06
Every card copied
The footage is backed up from each memory card, so there is never a single copy of your day.
- 07
Civil liability insurance
I carry civil liability insurance at every wedding I film.
- 08
The last 10% on delivery
You pay the final 10% only when your film is finished and delivered.
How it works
From your first message to your film
Send me your date
Your date, your venue or the area you are considering. Within 24 hours you know if I am free.

A video call
We meet on screen at your hour. You tell me about your families, your plans and what you want to feel when you watch the film.

Your proposal
I send the collection that fits your day, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Diamond, with the exact price in euros.

A booking payment closes the date
The rest is paid in instalments up to the wedding, so there is no single large payment.

Planned with your team
Before the day I speak with your planner and your photographer: the running order, the light, where each of us stands.

Your film, then the last 10%
Two to four months after the wedding your film arrives in your private online cinema. Only then do you pay the final 10%.

“We still get emotional every time we watch the video. It’s a memory that fills our souls, a gem we will cherish forever. You can tell it was made with passion, delicacy and unique sensitivity.”
Questions from couples abroad
Do we need to meet you in person before the wedding?
No. Everything can be planned by video call, email and WhatsApp. Couples who live abroad usually meet me on screen first and in person on the day.
How do the payments work?
A booking payment closes your date. The rest is paid in instalments up to the wedding, and the last 10% only once your film is finished and delivered. Prices are always in euros.
What if a camera fails on the day?
Backup cameras and sound kit come to every wedding, and the footage is copied from every memory card. I also carry civil liability insurance.
Have you worked with couples from abroad?
Yes. I have filmed weddings of Irish couples, and I plan every destination wedding in English, by video call.
Can you work with our planner and photographer?
Always. I coordinate with them before the day so we share the space and nobody ends up in the other’s frame.
How far ahead should we book?
Six to twelve months ahead, earlier for Saturdays from May to October. I film one wedding per date and those months close first.
When and how do we receive the film?
Two to four months after the wedding, depending on the season, in your private online cinema, ready to watch and share with your family back home.
