Paris wedding videographer

Stone bridges, gilded salons and a city still asleep at dawn.

Films for couples marrying in Paris, in a hôtel particulier on the Left Bank, a salon off the grands boulevards or a château beyond the city. One wedding per date.

A wedding in Paris

A Paris wedding is a city wedding first. Grey roofs and cream stone, the river running through the middle, tall windows and mirrored rooms indoors. A film of it should hold the grandeur of the place and the closeness of a small group crossing a bridge together, with the noise of the street fading as the doors of the salon close.

I am based in Spain and film destination weddings anywhere in the world. In Paris, as anywhere new, I plan with you and your planner beforehand: the rooms, the order of the day, the moments outside on the street and where the light comes through the windows at the hours you choose. On the day I film in a documentary, cinematic way, never staged, and vows and speeches are recorded on discreet microphones so your own voices carry the film. I film one wedding per date.

Nerea & Martín

“We still get goose bumps every time we watch the video. It’s incredible how you managed to capture every emotion so delicately. Thank you, Isma, for your talent, your patience, and for giving us something that will stay with us for the rest of our lives.”

Questions

Wedding films in Paris: what couples ask me

Do you film weddings in Paris?

Yes. I am based in Spain and available for destination weddings anywhere in the world, Paris included. All the planning happens in English, on video calls and by email.

How much does a Paris wedding videographer cost?

There is no fixed list for destination weddings. Within 24 hours of our call or your enquiry you receive a tailored proposal in euros, built on the collection and the hours of coverage your day needs.

Can we film a portrait session at dawn, before the city wakes up?

Yes, and it is often the best way to have the bridges and squares to yourselves. It can be part of the wedding day or a separate session on the morning before or after. Filming rules in public places in Paris vary, so your planner confirms what is needed for the spots you choose.

Can you work with our planner and photographer?

Yes. Salons and courtyards can be tight, so I agree with both before the day where each of us stands for the ceremony, the entrance and the speeches.

Will there be drone shots?

Only where local rules and the weather allow. Flying over a city is heavily restricted, so a film in Paris is built from the ground; at a château outside the city I check what applies to the estate in advance.

When should we book?

Ideally six to twelve months before the wedding. Saturdays from May to October are asked for first, and I take only one wedding on each date.

When do we receive the film?

Two to four months after the wedding, depending on the season. It comes in your private online cinema, with a 2–3 minute trailer to share with family and friends.
