Wedding videographer in Italy

Lakes, cypress hills and a coast that drops into the sea.

Wedding films for couples who choose Italy, from the villas of Lake Como to the hill towns of Tuscany and the terraces of the Amalfi Coast. One wedding per date.

A destination wedding in Italy

An Italian wedding rarely fits into a single afternoon. Guests gather for days, lunch runs into the evening and the setting changes with every region: still water under mountains in the north, vines and stone farmhouses in the centre, cliffs and lemon terraces in the south. The film should keep that sense of a long, unhurried celebration.

Based in Spain, I film destination weddings anywhere in the world, Italy included. My way of working stays the same wherever you marry. It is documentary and cinematic: no script and no posing, real moments in natural light. Vows, speeches and toasts go on discreet microphones, so the film has your voices in it. Before the day I study the venue with you and your planner, the running order and where the light falls at the times you choose. I take one wedding per date. Your planner or celebrant will confirm the legal side; many couples marry legally at home and hold a symbolic ceremony in Italy.

Clara & Joel

“We never imagined that a video could move us so much. Every shot, every sound, every gesture… everything conveys exactly what we experienced that day. Thank you, Isma, for your dedication, your unique perspective, and for creating something so authentic. You have given us an eternal memory, full of love and sensitivity. We will watch it again and again, always with a smile.”

Questions

Wedding films in Italy: what couples ask me

Do you film weddings in Italy?

Yes. I am based in Spain and available for destination weddings anywhere in the world, Italy included. We plan in English by email and video call.

What does a wedding videographer in Italy cost?

Each destination wedding gets a tailored proposal in euros within 24 hours of our call or your enquiry. It depends on the collection you choose and how your day is shaped, so I prefer to hear about it first.

Which region of Italy suits our wedding?

It depends on the wedding you picture. Lake Como suits a formal villa wedding by the water, Tuscany a long country dinner among vines, and the Amalfi Coast a ceremony above the sea. Your planner knows the venues; on the call I can tell you what each kind of setting means for the film.

Can you work with our planner and photographer?

Yes, and I prefer to. I speak to both before the day to agree the timings and where each of us stands during the ceremony and speeches, so we never get in each other's way.

Can you use a drone?

Only where local rules and the weather allow. Many places in Italy restrict drones, so I check for your venue before the day and the film never depends on aerial shots.

When should we book?

Six to twelve months ahead is wise, and earlier for a Saturday between May and October. I film one wedding per date, so the date is yours once it is closed.

When will our film be ready?

Two to four months after the wedding, depending on the season. You watch it in your own private online cinema, together with a 2–3 minute trailer.
