Santorini wedding videographer
Cliff-top villages, volcanic rock and a sun that sets into the sea.
Films for couples marrying on Santorini, on the caldera at Oia and Imerovigli or in the vineyards and villages inland. One wedding per date.
Santorini is a ring of cliffs around a flooded volcano. White houses and blue domes sit along the rim, the rock below is dark, and in the evening the light turns gold over the water. A film here needs that scale and the small things too: a hand on a rail, the wind in a veil, the first words of the vows.
I am based in Spain and film destination weddings anywhere in the world. I work in a documentary, cinematic way, with no script and no posing, and vows and speeches go on discreet microphones so the sound is real. Ceremonies on the island often follow the sunset, so I plan the running order with you and your planner around where the light falls at the hour you choose. That day, yours is the only wedding I film.

Where couples marry in Santorini

- Northern tip of the caldera
Oia
The village best known for its sunset, with blue domes and white terraces stepping down the cliff. - The high point of the caldera rim
Imerovigli
Quieter than Oia, with wide views across the caldera and the rock of Skaros below the village. - The island’s main town
Fira and Firostefani
Cliff-side terraces close to the life of the town, linked to the other villages by the path along the rim. - Inland hill village
Pyrgos
Narrow lanes and chapels climbing to the top of a hill, with views over the whole island. - Inland Santorini
The vineyards
Low vines grown on volcanic soil, and wineries where a ceremony can run into a long dinner outdoors. - Perissa and Kamari
The black-sand beaches
Dark volcanic sand on the island’s gentler side, for a relaxed day by the water away from the cliffs.

Wedding video in Santorini: what couples ask me
Do you film weddings in Santorini?
Yes. I am based in Spain and available for destination weddings anywhere in the world, Santorini included. The planning happens in English, by email and video call.
What does a wedding videographer in Santorini cost?
Every destination wedding gets a tailored proposal in euros within 24 hours of our call or your enquiry. It reflects the collection and the days of coverage you want.
Can we have a sunset ceremony on the caldera?
Yes, and it is why many couples choose the island. The time of sunset shifts through the year, so we fix the ceremony with your planner for your exact date and leave room for portraits in the last light. The caldera villages can be busy in the evening in high season, and I plan the shots around that.
Can you work alongside our planner and photographer?
Of course. We speak before the wedding, share the running order and agree where each of us works, so the day runs calmly for you.
Will there be drone shots?
Only where local rules and the weather allow. The villages are tightly built and the wind on the island can be strong, so I never promise aerial footage. The film stands without it.
How far ahead should we book?
6 to 12 months, and sooner for a summer Saturday. I take one wedding per date and those dates go first.
When do we receive the film?
2 to 4 months after the wedding, depending on the season, in a private online cinema you can share with family, together with a 2–3 minute trailer.
